Here is Matt McClain talking about himself.

Hello everyone, let me introduce myself. My name is Matt McClain and this is The Masterminded Matt McClain episode 4… -ish. I don’t know.

My earring is inside out. Isn’t that the most wonderful piece of information?
This is gonna be airly interesting, ‘cause I have no idea what I’m saying.
Come here you, c- Chum, come…

My name is Matt McClain. My birthday is December 20th… December 4th, 1986. I forgot my birthday, that’s so weird! It’s December 4th, 1986, so as I’m right now I’m 21, turning 22 in December, which is weird.

I am Canadian, born and raised in northern Ontario.
I love movies! I love to act, I am huge into theatre and directing, so much so that I’ve written a couple of plays, some of which have actually been produced, and some of which I’m hoping to produce this fall, God willing, and... yeah, I... I love the 80’s, I love my dogs...

Thank you, Thank you Chum. Thank you.

Wrote my + first novel when I was like 16, ‘cause my friend challenged me to this thing called “nano rhymo” and in it... essentially you have one month to write 50.000 words, and so I did it and I fell in love with it and every year since then I wrote a novel in the month of November, and occasionally other times.  And so, I like to think of myself as a creative person.

I love video games, I have a PS3 and I have my rock band on it. So much fun.
... Duff!
Uh... when [The Wee] first came out, me and my friend actually slept outside +++ in the freezing cold and, yeah, that was possibly one of the best experiences of my life. It was so something I would not normally do. I’m not a huge outdoors person although I do love to go outside and go walking and... all that fun exercise in the fresh air but normally I don’t make a point of going outside simply because I’ve a horrible phobia of bees.

I’m also afraid of balloons, so I know most people think that’s weird but I can’t have them near me at all. I hate balloons.

My favourite colour is green. I know that’s kind of random but it’s one of those questions that everyone asks when they’re trying to get to know you, there’s like “hey, what’s your favourite colour? what’s your favourite number?”. That’s ridiculous, how can have someone ever have a favourite number. My favourite number is 3.

I love arts and crafts and I actually have a scrapbook going right now that I’ve been working on for about a year now. I found that I make really good muffins and I’m very very proud of them.

I’m a Christian, I’ve always been a Christian, my parents are actually both pastors and they run a church downtown in North Bay.

So you’re just like, “oh, wonderful, that’s great, I love you”.

I’ve been looking for this [flick] a freaking month.

I love to dance. .. I love to sing.    “have you ever felt so used up as this?”

I’m hoping to get back into that because I think I have potential...-ish.
I like my singing voice. Other people like it too sometimes. “Canadian Adult” doesn’t seem to like it. And I like my dance ability although “So You Think You Can Dance?” doesn’t seem to like that either. And “Triple Sensation” didn’t like my singing or my dancing. I really hate reality shows now, but I’m kind of addicted to them. I wonder what that’s about.

You get people who say they hate food. How can you hate food? It’s food, it’s tasty, it’s usually nutritious. Well... I guess I can see where they’re coming from but still, it’s food!

My type of food is... has to be pita.      No, sushi! I love sushi.
No, food is not for dogs.

I love video games, I’ve grown up on Nintendo. Like I remember the first day when my grandfather brought me over one of those original old-school  NES Systems and since then I’ve just grown up on Nintendo. I wasn’t a huge Sony fan boy, I wasn’t into Sega. Nintendo, it was all about Nintendo. And then along came the E3 conference this year and that kind of put everything to crap.

You know what I love? I love it when one of your favourite artists releases a new song. I’ve been listening to a song by Marit Larsen called “If A Song Could Get Me You” and I love it!

Thank God for editing, otherwise this movie would be like one big mashup of nothing. Nothing!

So thanks for watching The Masterminded Matt McClain. I’ll be back soon with another thing to show my progress or whatever, or just have fun.
