In 2012 American country singer Easton Corbin released "Are You With Me?". In 2014, Belgian house DJ and producer Lost Frequencies took the music and chorus from the song, sped up the track and released it in October 2014 as a remix, changing it to eurodance rhythms. I wanna dance by water 'neath the Mexican sky
Drink some Margaritas by a string of blue lights
Listen to the mariachi play at midnight
Are you with me, are you with me?
Are you with me?
Are you with me?

WANNA= (coll. esp. AmE) Want to.
DRINK... LISTEN= These verb forms are not imperatives, they are infinitives without TO linked to the main verb WANNA, so the sentence is: I wanna dance, drink and listen = I wanna dance... (I wanna) drink... , (I wanna) listen...
BY WATER= Next to the water (in this case he's very probably thinking of the sea).

MARGARITAS= A margarita is a popular Mexican cocktail consisting of tequila, triple sec and lime or lemon juice, often served with salt on the rim of the glass. The name "margarita" is a Spanish words that means "daisy", but it is also a girl's name. They say it was invented by Mexican bartender Carlos Orozco in 1941. The German ambassador visited his bar and loved the mixer, so Don Carlos named the new cocktail after the ambassador's daughter, Margarita. It is funny that a similar story had happened in 1899: a Spanish girl's name, a German speaking person with a daughter, and a fast racing car gave name to the Daimler-Benz cars: Mercedes. Austrian businessman Emil Jellinek raced in competitions using her daughter's name for the team: Mercedes (which means "grace, favours" in Spanish). He contributed greatly to the success of the German car company, so the cars were renamed Mercedes after Emil's daughter's name.
A STRING OF= A line of
MARIACHI= A form of traditional Mexican folk music with strong polka and waltz influences, from Guadalajara, Mexico. This music is usually sung by all-male mariachi bands, dressed in charro clothes and playing guitars (sometimes violins or even a whole orchestra). You can watch a mariachi band singing a mariachi here: El rey.
ARE YOU WITH ME?= Are you game? = Deal? = Do you want to do it? = Would you like to have that experience with me?
This is just a lover having wild dreams of romance and freedom, the just-you-and-me sort of fantasy. And he repeatedly asks "are you with me?", which means: do you agree with me? would you like to do that too?. He hopes she would.
