Hello, hello, baby;
You called, I can't hear a thing.
I have got no service
in the club, you see, see…
Wha-Wha-What did you say?
Oh, you're breaking up on me
Sorry, I cannot hear you,
I'm kinda busy.

K-kinda busy
K-kinda busy
Sorry, I cannot hear you, I'm kinda busy.

Just a second,
it's my favorite song they're gonna play
And I cannot text you with
a drink in my hand, eh…
You shoulda made some plans with me,
you knew that I was free.
And now you won't stop calling me;
I'm kinda busy.

Stop callin', stop callin',
I don't wanna think anymore!
I left my hand and my heart on the dance floor.
Stop callin', stop callin',
I don't wanna talk anymore!
I left my hand and my heart on the dance floor.

Eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh…
Stop telephonin' me!
Eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh…
I'm busy!
Eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh…
Stop telephonin' me!
Eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh…

Can call all you want,
but there's no one home,
and you're not gonna reach my telephone!
Out in the club,
and I'm sippin' that bub,
and you're not gonna reach my telephone!

Call when you want,
but there's no one home,
and you're not gonna reach my telephone!
Out in the club,
and I'm sippin' that bub,
and you're not gonna reach my telephone!

Boy, the way you blowin' up my phone
won't make me leave no faster.
Put my coat on faster,
leave my girls no faster.
I shoulda left my phone at home,
'cause this is a disaster!
Callin' like a collector -
sorry, I cannot answer!

Not that I don't like you,
I'm just at a party.
And I am sick and tired
of my phone r-ringing.
Sometimes I feel like
I live in Grand Central Station.
Tonight I'm not takin' no calls,
'cause I'll be dancin'.

'Cause I'll be dancin'
'Cause I'll be dancin'
Tonight I'm not takin' no calls, 'cause I'll be dancin'!

Stop callin', stop callin',

Explanations

I'VE GOT NO SERVICE= My phone has no line / no signal.
If you're talking about a mobile phone, you can also say "I've got no signal". If you're talking about a home phone, you can also say "I've got no line".

CLUB= Disco.

YOU'RE BREAKING UP ON ME= If you break up with somebody (or "on somebody") you want to stop being their lover.

CANNOT= Remember that this verb has two negative forms:
With contraction: CAN'T
Without contraction: CANNOT (spelled in just one word!)

KINDA= (colloquial spelling) Kind of.
The preposition OF /əv/is often pronounced /ə/ (without the /v/), and in informal writing this can be spelled as –A (joined at the end of the previous word).
KIND OF means "more or less" (he's kind of big = he's big, but not exactly), but in colloquial English this phrase is often overused and sometimes it means nothing (I gotta go, it's kinda late = I have to go, it's late).

BUSY= /bɪzɪ/

GONNA= (coll.) going to.

TEXT YOU= Send you a message on the phone.

SHOULDA= (coll. spelling) Should have.

YOU’RE NOT GONNA REACH MY TELEPHONE= You're not going to communicate with me on the phone (I'm not going to answer, or maybe I will have it off)

SIPPIN'= Drinking (in small goes)

BUB= (coll.) Champaign (short for the more usual term "bubbly")

BLOWING UP MY PHONE= (coll.) If you blow up someone's phone you call them constantly, a lot.

WON'T MAKE ME LEAVE NO FASTER= Is not going to make me leave faster.
This is obviously a double negative, which happens a lot in informal English but it's not allowed in standard English. You should say either of these:
- Won't make me leave any faster.
- Will make me leave no faster.

THIS IS A DISASTER!= This is a terrible situation. I don't like this at all.

COLLECTOR= A person employed to collect taxes, duties, or other payments.

SICK AND TIRED= Very very tired.

GRAND CENTRAL STATION= The most important and busiest railway station in New York.

Meaning

This boy likes her or is in love with her or maybe he is her boyfriend and is phoning her all the time, so she is really tired of that. She goes out to the club with her friends and simply refuses to take his calls because she's having fun and doesn't want to pay attention to him.

In the beginning she picks up the phone but can't hear very well with all the noise around and she says "oh, you're breaking up on me?". If he's trying to break up on her he wouldn't be phoning her all the time, so I think she just couldn't understand what he said, but she doesn't care anyway.
