Learn this common colloquial expression.
YOU GUYS= (coll.) Plural form of "you" (= Spanish vosotros, French vous), as a way of making a difference between "you" (singular) and "you guys" (plural), which can algo be "you all" or even "ya'll" in some other places.
As the video says, this expression simply means "what are you doing?". But it is also used very often when there is some kind of suspicious that whatever you're doing is not something good: "I don't know what they're planning so secretly, but I'm sure they are up to something".
