GOTTA CLUE WHAT YOU’RE DOING?= Have you got any idea of what you’re doing? Do you know what you’re doing?

BRAND NEW= Completely new

CHICKS= Girls (especially if you think they’re sexy and you want to pick them up. All of them. Well, one by one, of course).

YOU’RE A SUCKER= You are a lollipop. But in English, a SUCKER is also someone who is very naïve, gullible, someone who believes anything easily. But another colloquial meaning (and I think this is it here) is “loser”. And Britney Spears knows him, and he's in love with her and... well, not exactly in love with her, he just wants to take her to bed, but she says she won't go with him because she knows him (probably went to bed with him before) and she knows he's a womanizer and she doesn't like womanizers because they womanize all the time and she doesn't want to be womanized (again) so she is very angry, basically because he's womanizing all the girls in town and she would like him to womanize her and nobody else, but that's not possible because he's a womanizer and womanizers are womanizing all the time, they can't help it, so she says, go away, you womanizer, leave me alone, I hate you, don't you ever try to womanize me again, go and womainze yourself, you sucker!
