English negatives are usually made using the negative helping verb DON'T. This song is a good example. Put your hand up every time you hear the phrase "YOU DON'T KNOW". Notice that the pronunciation of DON'T is different if you pronounce it clearly or if you pronounce it quickly (the usual way).
