Después de After /ɑ:ftə/ AFTER es una preposición (después de), no es un adverbio o conector (no significa "después"). Para adverbio usamos THEN:
DESPUÉS DE:
- After dinner I watch TV = después de la cena veo la tele
Las preposiciones y conjunciones, si van seguidas de verbo, usan la forma -ING, así que:
- After having dinner I watch TV = despues de cenar, veo la tele
DESPUÉS:
I have dinner, and then, I watch TV = Ceno, y después, veo la tele

El fin de semana At the weekend /ət ðə wi:kend/ The weekend = el fin de semana

Plural: AT WEEKENDS (sin artículo)
En casa At home /ət həʊm/ HOME solo usa preposición (siempre AT) cuando decimos que está en casa, si no, va sin preposición:

Miro el correo I check my mail /aɪ tʃek maɪ meɪl/ (aunque te refieras al correo electrónico, no se suele decir: I check my e-mail)

Trabajar Work /wɜ:k/ WORK también significa TRABAJO:
- I have a lot of work = tengo mucho trabajo
Pero TRABAJO en el sentido de PROFESIÓN se dice JOB

TWICE= dos veces
El resto de números se forma añadiendo TIMES:
