We'd fight, we'd fight till I would give in We were reaching, reaching for the rafters Days when Yeah, perfect disasters |

That we were raised, yeah Because we were done And on most of the days we were searching for ways To get up and get out of the town |

I remember, we were sleeping in cars We were burning cigars We were searching for Oz With white plastics tips till we saw the sun |
And we said crazy things like... Way I feel right now I refuse to look back thinking days were better I don't know what's around the corner Just because they're younger days I swear we'll never change |

Back when we were kids Swear that we'll never die Swore we would never die You and me were kids |

Lights down And we drive and we're driving just to get out Yeah, we were swinging, swinging from the rafters Yeah, perfect disasters |

Way I feel right now I refuse to look back thinking days were better I swear we'll never change I don't know what's around the corner Just because they're younger days And we were saying things like... |

Swore we would never die Swear that we'll never die You and me were kids Back when we were kids |

Nights when we kept dancing Feel the years start burning City lights they're turning Something about this feels the same Changing all our plans And making every day a holiday |
