We were reaching, reaching for the rafters Days when Yeah, perfect disasters We'd fight, we'd fight till I would give in |
Because we were done That we were raised, yeah To get up and get out of the town And on most of the days we were searching for ways |
We were searching for Oz I remember, we were sleeping in cars We were burning cigars With white plastics tips till we saw the sun |
Way I feel right now I refuse to look back thinking days were better And we said crazy things like... I don't know what's around the corner I swear we'll never change Just because they're younger days |
You and me were kids Swore we would never die Back when we were kids Swear that we'll never die |
Yeah, we were swinging, swinging from the rafters And we drive and we're driving just to get out Yeah, perfect disasters Lights down |
After people we knew We were naming the stars We were looking for ours Hey, we were dancing in cars Till we had to go |
Just because they're younger days I refuse to look back thinking days were better I swear we'll never change And we were saying things like... I don't know what's around the corner Way I feel right now |

You and me were kids Swear that we'll never die Back when we were kids Swore we would never die |

Feel the years start burning City lights they're turning And making every day a holiday Nights when we kept dancing Something about this feels the same Changing all our plans |
