Yeah, perfect disasters We'd fight, we'd fight till I would give in Days when We were reaching, reaching for the rafters |
And on most of the days we were searching for ways Because we were done To get up and get out of the town That we were raised, yeah |
With white plastics tips till we saw the sun We were burning cigars I remember, we were sleeping in cars We were searching for Oz |
Way I feel right now I refuse to look back thinking days were better I swear we'll never change I don't know what's around the corner And we said crazy things like... Just because they're younger days |
Back when we were kids Swear that we'll never die You and me were kids Swore we would never die |
Yeah, we were swinging, swinging from the rafters Lights down Yeah, perfect disasters And we drive and we're driving just to get out |
Hey, we were dancing in cars Till we had to go We were looking for ours We were naming the stars After people we knew |
Way I feel right now I swear we'll never change Just because they're younger days I don't know what's around the corner I refuse to look back thinking days were better And we were saying things like... |

You and me were kids Back when we were kids Swear that we'll never die Swore we would never die |

City lights they're turning Feel the years start burning Nights when we kept dancing Something about this feels the same Changing all our plans And making every day a holiday |
