This student from South America is describing a picture. Not perfect, but good enough. If you understand her accent you can see how she describes it. First she says what the picture is about (which is usually in the foreground), then she talks about the most important things in the middle and backgrounds. Then she gives more details, and finally she makes general comments about what is happening in the picture. Not the only possible sequence but a very good one.
