There are two differences between British and American pronunciation of the letters of the alphabet:

R --> In British English there's no sound /r/ in the pronunciation of the letter R !, only the vowel (it sounds like "aah").
Z --> In AmE they say "zee" /zi:/ and in BrE we say "zed" /zed/
