Another possibility is WHERE DO YOU COME FROM?
In very colloquial English (especially in America) you can hear: Where you from? (the verb ARE is missing)
To make up the question "where are you from?" with different subjects we can say:
- Where am I from?
- Where are you from?
- Where is he from?
- Where is she from?
- Where are we from?
- Where are you from? (= where are you guys from)
- Where are they from?
- Where is Tim from?
- Where's your family from?
- Where are your parents from?
- Where are you from?
- I'm from Spain
- Where do you come from?
- I come from Spain
