These days it is so easy to feel insecure about our appearance. Whether it is because of the mean comment that comes our way or the photoshopped image we see in magazines, it can be so easy to feel self conscious about our body. When was the last time you felt comfortable in your own skin?
We are so excited to share with you our newest 50 people 1 question short - Comfortable. We hope that this video will inspire you to be more comfortable and confident in yourself. Beauty is not about what you don't have, but about being comfortable in your own skin.

Thanks for joining us.
Thanks for having me.
Alright, let’s do this.
Scene Zebra. Take One! Mark!

So we’ve got one question that we want to ask you today.
Ok well...what’s that question?
The question is:
If you could change one thing about your body what would it be?

Um….
Only one? [LAUGH]

Um….I would change my forehead. I have a really big forehead.

I’d like to be taller.

The puffiness of my face.

My ears. I've big ears.

Stretch marks after having a baby.

A lot of times like kids would make fun of me. Like, “Hey man you’ve got big ears.” “You’ve got Dumbo there.” You know?

Definitely my skin. Because I’ve dealt with acne and eczema issues ever since I was a little kid.

**When I was young, because everybody liked girls with big eyes, I also hoped my eyes could be bigger**

Growing up like a lot of people called me “fivehead!” or like, “your forehead is so big.” They would always say something to me about it.

**I would say it's because everyone walks straight, and my foot's a little bit crooked.**

When I was younger I felt like I wasn’t quite adequate enough.

------ O -----

Can you sit on the chair?
No.

Alright I’m gonna ask you one question.
What’s the question?
If you could change one thing about your body, what would you change?
Hm...

Um...
Hm...

Um... You know, have a mermaid tail.

Probably like a shark mouth, so I could eat a lot of stuff.

If I could have teleportation in my body. Extra pointy ears.

I want legs like a cheetah so I can run faster like a cheetah.

I could have wings so I can fly.

I don’t think there’s anything to change.

I like my body, actually.
Yea, you wouldn’t change anything?
Nothing else.
Just a mermaid tail.

A lot of people obsess about getting older and about the wrinkles. I love my white hair. I loved it when it started turning white. It’s one of those things... 'cause I chose to stay this way because it just wouldn’t be me if I totally changed the way I looked.

PUFFINESS= The quality of being puffy. PUFFY means inflated, swallen, kind of fat and soft.

I'VE= I have, I've got. The verb TO HAVE is not usually contracted when it means "Possess" (except if we use "have got"), but people sometimes use it like this.

STRETCH MARKS= After a woman gives birth, there may be marks on her stomach where the skin had to stretch (enlarge). See picture.

LIKE= (conversational) for example.

DUMBO= A reference to Walt Disney's motion picture "Dumbo", the story of a baby elephant with very large ears (see picture)

DEFINITELY= Without any doubt, for sure, clearly. We use it before a sentence to emphasize that we are totally sure of what we are going to say.

ACNE= /æknɪ/ An inflammatory disease of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles of the skin that is marked by the eruption of pimples or pustules, especially on the face.

CROOKED= Twisted; not straight, bended.

ADEQUATED= Satisfactory, appropriate, good enough.

GONNA= (coll.) Going to.

MERMAID= A legendary being which is half a woman (upper part) and half a fish (from waist down). See picture.

SHARK= A species of very dangerous big carnivorous fish which is also a maneater (see picture).

STUFF= (coll.) Things.

TELEPORTATION= A hypothetical method of transportation in which matter or information is dematerialized, usually instantaneously, at one point and recreated at another.

POINTY EARS= (also: pointed ears) Ears which are long and ending in points at the top, like the ears of an elf or some martians (see picture).

CHEETAH= An African savannah animal, a bit similar to a tiger but smaller and thinner and with spots, the fastest ground animal in the world (see picture).

ACTUALLY= In fact.

OBSESS= /ɒbses/ If you obsess about an idea, you are constantly thinking about it and think it is very very important for some good or bad reason.

WRINKLES= Lines on your face due to old age (see picture).

'CAUSE= (coll.) Because.

A BIG SHOUT OUT= A big cheer, a "Hurrah!"

SPONSORING= (it ends in -ing because it goes after a preposition). To sponsor something is to give support, to help with money, promotion, etc.

CHECK OUT= (coll.) To check something out is to have a look.

INSECURE= If you feel insecure you are not self-confident, you have a bad self-image and/or you think poorly about yourself.

IN YOUR OWN SKIN= Being you / about your body.

JP LOVE= Love from Jubilee Project. "Jubilee Project" is a video producer devoted to making inspirational videos, and they made this video here.
