Here are the instructions to play the game. This version is not exactly the same as the one on the video, but almost (there are many versions with little variations):

The Cup Game is a popular children's game in the USA. I am going to give you some instructions to play it correctly. Obviously, you need a plastic cup to play. I recommend hard plastic.

Start placing the cup upside down on the table. Now clap your hands twice. Then, tap the table three times with both hands alternating. After that, clap once, pick up the cup and move it over to the left. After that, clap your hands one more time. Next, grab the cup from its left side with your right hand, twisting your wrist. Tap the open end of the cup with your left hand and change hands, so you are now holding the cup with your left hand. Hit the table with the bottom of the cup diagonally, and then, change hands again, so you are holding it in your right hand. Put your left hand on the table, palm down, and finally, put the cup back on the table, upside down again.

If you are playing this with more people, you should place the cup in front of the person next to you. In that case, you cross your right arm over your left one to place the cup near the person on your left, so cups move clockwise around the circle of people, a bit faster each time. Now repeat these steps for as long as you want or until there is only one player left (players who make a mistake must quit).
