American black English differs from standard English in many respects, and tends to be much more colloquial. In this song, they use standard colloquial English, but there is something very "black" about this song: they don't pronounce the sound /r/ just in the same way as BrE does (the letter R is silent except when followed by a vowel).

FOR'ER= A contraction of "forever". To my knowledge, nobody uses this contraction, it looks like some originality from Chris Brown.

MOVIN’= moving (same with: breakin’ releasin’ feelin’ etc)

TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT= tonight is when the great thing is going to happen

RHYTHM= pronunciation /rɪðəm/

I’MA= (slang) I’m going to. It is pronounced "/ɑmə/" (colloquial pronunciacion)

I’MA TAKE YOU THERE= I’m going to make you feel great

SCARED= /skeəd/ afraid

RIGHT HERE= we use RIGHT to emphasize adverbs of place and time (right here, right now). So "right here" is "exactly here"

ANYWHERE= it doesn’t matter where

CHANCE= opportunity

IT’S LIKE I WAITED MY WHOLE LIFE= It's as if I had waited all my life (I feel as if I had been waiting all my life for this). In BrE we would say "I have waited" (using present perfect because "my life" is a period of time that started in the past and comes up to the present), but AmE usually uses a simple past tense where BrE uses present perfect.

IT’S GON’ BE ME= (slang) it’s going to be me (gon’=gonna=going to)

DANCE FLOOR= the area of a disco where people dance

‘CUZ= (coll.) because

DOUBLE= pronunciation /dʌbəl/.

INTERTWINED= twisted together, interconnected, mixed

YOU GOTTA= (coll.) you’ve got to, you have to

TAKE THE FRONT SEAT= the seat next to the driver in a car, so it means "come with me, I'll take you there"

OFF= a verb particle expressing separation

SEND FOR= tell somebody to go and bring you a thing or a person

BREAK ME APART= destroy me, make me suffer (in this case, suffer from love)

GOT ME SO UNDONE= you’ve got me in big trouble

GAZE= look intensely, as if to get information

GOT ME SINGING= you’ve got me singing = you make me sing = I sing because you make me feel happy

NO IF, AND’S OR MAYBE’S= notice the way we make the plural form of these words which usually have no plural (using an apostrophe). No if means without conditions, no and’s means without anything else (or without unexpected additions), no maybe’s means without doubting.

RELEASE= liberate, let free, lose control of it

AMAZING= fantastic

THERE’S NO ONE ELSE THAT MATTERS= no other person is important

I WON’T LET YOU FALL= I won’t let you down, I won’t disappoint you or betray you or leave you or make you suffer

Some people think this song is about consuming drugs (ecstasy, to be more precise) and dance while high. But then again, very often it is easy to confuse the high feeling you get from drugs and the high feeling you get from being in love, so people who want to see drugs, see them everywhere. Let’s go for the love meaning:

Chris is in love with a girl and in love with dancing, so he’s all going for both things like there is no tomorrow. Dancing as if this was the last night in your life makes everything much more intense (‘cause we only got one night). He wants her to feel the same way, to feel the love and the music (double your pleasure), but she has to let herself go totally, lose control (don’t be scared -- no if’s and’s or maybe’s). If she trusts him (I just need you to trust me) and lets go (relaxes), they’ll reach ecstasy (I’ma take you there), but it’s not going to be just a one night stand, because he’ll love her forever (I won’t let you fall)
