We were born to fly
So let's keep living
Till it all falls down
Let's close our eyes
And let the moment
Shut the whole world out

We're in this together
Hear our hearts beat together
We stand strong together
We're in this forever

This one's for you
This one's for you

Waving coloured flags
We won't surrender
There's no standing down
Love's a playing field
It's full of winners
We're breaking new ground

We're in this together
Hear our hearts beat together
We stand strong together
We're in this forever

This one's for you
This one's for you

We're in this together
Hear our hearts beat together
We stand strong together
We're in this forever

This one's for you

KEEP= Continue (always followed by -ing)

TILL= Until.

SHUT OUT= Keeps away, blocks. If X shuts Y out, that means that X makes impossible for Y to have any influence. In this case, if you concentrate in the moment, that will make you forget all reality so nothing interferes with you. The song here is thinking of the football game, where you have to totally concentrate and let nothing disturb you, or particularly in some intense moments like firing home or trying to score a penalty.

THE WHOLE= All. The whole world = All the world.

BEAT= A heart which is alive and working beats, that is, makes this thump-thump noise inside our chest while pumping blood throughout our body.

THIS ONE'S FOR YOU= I dedicate this song (or this game) in your honour.

WAVING= Moving something from side to side.

SURRENDER= Stop trying.

THERE'S NO= It's impossible to...

STANDING DOWN= To leave a competition.

WE'RE BREAKING NEW GROUND= We're pioneers, we're making something new. This expression comes from the fact that when people tried to get new lands for agriculture they needed to clear it (cut trees and vegetation down) and then "break it" with a plough.

It's just a glorification of football as a game which unites people and also as a kind of mystical religion which helps people make the most of themselves and aim for the moon. But definitely the strongest idea in this song is that of togetherness.
