To ask about the weather we can say:
- What's the weather like?
- What's the weather?
- How's the weather?

The answer:
It's sunny, it's rainy, it's foggy, it's windy, etc.
or: It's raining, it's snowing
We usually use the adjective:
sun - sunny / rain - rainy / snow - snowy / fog - foggy / frost - frosty / wind - windy / storm - stormy / cloud-cloudy / sun-sunny

For temperatures:
